Located just outside Milan, and not far from the Swiss border, Carimate offers a natural refuge from the demands of daily life. Surrounded by green hills, peaceful woods, and timeless stillness, our retreat venue here provides a structured, elegant space for deep inner work.

In the timeless surroundings of Rome, our retreats are infused with the energy of renewal, remembrance, and release. Held in peaceful spaces not far from the city center, these retreats offer participants a sacred pause to explore who they are beyond roles, expectations, and past conditioning.
Rome invites inner maturity—the courage to face oneself honestly, and the strength to grow through tenderness. Here, participants are gently guided to feel more deeply, live more consciously, and connect more fully with their inner guidance.
This location is especially suitable for those coming from Central and Southern Italy, and is easily accessible for international travelers arriving through Rome’s well-connected airports and train lines.

Our Italian venues are also easily accessible for those traveling from Switzerland, France, Austria, Germany, and Spain. The retreat in Carimate lies near the Swiss border, while Rome serves as a bridge to the Mediterranean.

- 20:00 – 22:00: Group welcome and night intake preparation session.
- 22:00 – 03:00: First night session of the ancestral remedy.
- 03:00 – 09:00: Bed rest.
- 09:00 – 10:30: Optional sessions with ancestral remedies and breakfast for those not attending the sessions.
- 10:30 – 14:00: Transformative Integration.
- 14:00: Optional sessions with ancestral remedies, before lunch.
- 14:00 – 15:30: Lunch
- 15:30 – 17:00: Rest or activities such as meditation, music, group dynamics, etc.
- 17:00 – 20:30: Snack.
- 20:30 – 22:30: Night intake preparation session.
- 22:30 – 03:00: Second night session of ancestral remedy.
- 3:00 – 09:00: Bed rest.
- 09:00 – 10:30: Optional sessions with ancestral remedies and breakfast for those not attending the sessions.
- 10:30 – 14:00: Transformative integration and closing of the retreat.
- 14:00 – 15:30: Final lunch and greetings.
